T.O.S

By commissioning me you are automatically accepting the following Terms and Conditions. These exist to let you, as the client, know what you are paying for and what responsibilities you have, as well as tell you what kind of service you can expect from me, as the artist.

GENERAL

  • I have the right to decline any commission I do not feel comfortable doing.
  • I do not accept work with a deadline shorter than 1 month for simpler work and 3 months for more complex work.
  • I do not accept rush fees.
  • My turn-around-time for simpler work (e.g MSpaint doodles or chibis) is usually 1-3 weeks.
  • My turn-around-time for more complex work (e.g a fully rendered illustration) is usually 1-3 months.
  • Turn-around-time may be longer than estimated if problems arise in my day-to-day life, but clients will be immedately notified when TAT changes happen.
  • Simpler commissions will NOT include WIP shots and only allow for minor changes.
  • Complex work will include 1-3 WIP shots and allow for major changes in the sketch phase and minor changes in the line art, flat colour and rendering phases.
  • Finishing effects, rendering style, linework thickness and canvas size may vary from piece to piece.
  • I heavily prefer working on commissions that give me a lot of creative freedom. I can follow specific ideas, but am likely to decline such commissions.
  • Character colours may be altered from the original palette to better suit my art style.

PAYMENT

  • Payment will be made through PayPal.
  • I take payment upfront for all work that is below 100EUR in total value. Work equating to 100EUR or more can be payed for in parts, but must be discussed with me beforehand.
  • All of my commission prices are in EURO and I expect to recieved payment in EURO. Please make sure you are sending the correct amounts, when converting from other currencies.
  • Inital payment must be made 48h after both parties agree on the terms of the commission. If payment is not made after 48h, I will count that commission as cancelled.
  • Tips are welcome ^^ and should only be given out of generosity.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • The client has the right to request a full refund (including the refund of PayPal fees) if the commission has not been started within 3 weeks [for simpler work] or 3 months [for more complex work] of the payment date.
  • The client has the right to cancel the commission in any step of the process, but cancellation will only include a PARTIAL REFUND (which does not include money that went to PayPal transaction fees).
  • In the case of cancellation a refund will be issued based on the amount of work that has been completed:
    ->If no work has been completed, I will refund the full payment I recieved (not inlcuding fees).
    ->If a sketch has been completed, I will refund 60-80% of the payment I recieved (not inlcuding fees).
    ->If the lineart has been completed, I will refund 30-50% of the payment I recieved (not inlcuding fees).
    ->If the flat colours have been completed, I will refund 0-30% of the payment I recieved (not inlcuding fees).
    ->If the rendering is in progress or has been completed, I will refund 0-10% of the payment I recieved (not inlcuding fees).
  • MSpaint and chibi commissions can only be cancelled before work has begun.
  • Issuing a chargeback after work has been completed and delievered will get you an instant blacklist and PSA made about you.

USAGE

  • You are not allowed to remove my watermark from the work.
  • You are not allowed to claim you made the artwork. In the case of design commissions: you are not allowed to claim yourself as the sole creator of the design, but may take partial credit if you contributed a lot of ideas and edits to the design.
  • By default all commissioned pieces are for personal use only. Comercial use may be discussed.
  • You are NOT allowed to feed my artwork into any AI or turn it into an NFT.
  • I maintain the right to use commissioned pieces as further examples of my artwork.
  • I maintain the right to post my artwork to other social media platforms with credit to the commissioner.

Will/Won't draw
  • I will draw ship art (when multiple characters per piece are allowed). OC x cannon is okay, as long as the cannon character is not a minor.
  • I will draw fandom OCs.
  • I will draw fanart, but some media I may reject due to personal reasons.
  • I will draw furry, monster, humanoid, human and kemono designs.
  • I will NOT draw real people or pets.
  • I will NOT draw characters without a visual reference. (Unless it's a custom design commission.)
  • I will NOT draw feral designs. MLPs are okay.
  • I will NOT draw minors under 16 y/o. 16 years of age or above is okay.
  • I will NOT draw mecha or extremely complicated fantasy designs.
